How-To: Running a Report On-Demand

Problem:

You have identified a need for a report and wish to run an instance on-demand.

Assumption:

It is assumed that you already have authenticated/logged-on to the Crystal Report System (CRS).

Resolution:

 

1. After logging-in, locate the "Public Folders" in your left navigation (shown below):
   
   
   
   
2. Expand the Public Folders tree to show other available report catalogs.  While you can click on the folders, only those reports you are authorized to access will appear.
   
   
3. In this example, the user clicked on "RMS Reports" and was given the view shown below.
   
   
   
   
4. To immediately run a report and obtain results, click on the report title.
