There are two different forms available.
- System Trouble Ticket is ONLY for issues related to systems supported and/or developed by the OIT-Student Housing Systems Development (OSCAR, Crystal Reports, etc.)
- All other technology related issues should be filed with Housing's Help Desk via Tracks
What We Do
As part of the Office of Information Technology, the Systems Development (SysDev) team is known as OIT-Student Housing and is responsible for the planning, development, management, security, and maintenance of Student Housing´s multiple server systems (excluding HARS and ResNet) and software applications.A small sample of our responsibilities include:
- Web programming and application development
- Database administration and SQL programming
- BusinessObjects server (data reporting)
- Information security
- Related server system management.
- Website management with decentralized content management tools
- Integration and collaboration with external units
- Serve as consultants to the department on technical and process related reviews.
