Undergraduate & Graduate Apartments

Centrally located next to the Science Library, Campus Village offers independent year-round living for both undergraduate and graduate students, with all the advantages of on-campus housing, including live-on support staff, community facilities, convenience, and affordability.

Campus Village provides housing to 588 undergraduates and 96 graduate students (in separate sections of the community). Apartments have two-bedrooms and one-bathroom. Undergraduates share double occupancy bedrooms, with four students in each apartment. Graduate students live in single-occupancy bedrooms, with two students per apartment. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen, dining area, and either a patio or balcony.  The Campus Village Community Center offers a fitness center, game room, and computer lab. Ten Resident Advisors serve the undergrad residents, and two Housing Assistants serve the graduate residents.

Furnishings

Apartments come equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave, and furnishings include a bed, dresser, desk, lamp, and chair for each resident, as well as a sofa, chair, coffee table, end tables, and a lamp for the living room, and a table and four chairs in the dining area. All undergraduate apartments are furnished. Most graduate student apartments are unfurnished, though some furnished units are also available.

New for 2017-18!

Campus Village will sponsor two new theme communities for undergraduate residents in 2017-18.

Wellness Living Learning Community: Learn about practices that may increase your personal wellness, including nutrition, physical fitness, mental health, financial balance, and spiritual well-being. Residents in this community will be given priority when registering for wellness courses offered in the Campus Village.

Sustainability Themed Community: Engage with peers who have an interest in environmental issues, sustainability, and eco-friendly living! Programs will include faculty interaction and community action as they explore the impact of personal decision-making on the environment and specific natural resources. Residents will be encouraged to practice and promote conservation and “green” living in Campus Village.
