Student Housing fulfills its Mission and Vision through the following goals and initiatives.

- Increase capacity, maintain affordability and optimize accessibility to housing in the interest of recruitment, retention, and academic success.

Annual Goal Focus for 2010-11: Staff Morale
Staff morale is essential to our success as a department, and over the course of the year Student Housing will be providing opportunities for staff feedback and taking steps to strengthen morale in each of our units. Each Housing staff member contributes to the achievement of our mission, and it is essential that we recognize those contributions on a regular basis. Morale boosting activities will focus on open communication, strengthening trust and a sense of belonging, recognition for a job well done, professionalism in the workplace, building camaraderie, and incorporating more fun at work. Talk to your supervisor if you would like to get involved in staff morale activities.
