Welcome to the online Housing Staff Handbook, where you can find a wide range of information about the department, as outlined in the links on the left.  We are currently in the process of updating staff orientation materials and other job resources. Once these updates are completed, hard copies of the staff handbook will also be available in community housing offices and in Housing Administrative Services.  We hope this way of accessing information is convenient and easy to use for our staff.

Annual Goal Focus for 2010-11:  Staff Morale

Staff morale is essential to our success as a department, and over the course of the year Student Housing will be providing opportunities for staff feedback and taking steps to strengthen morale in each of our units. Each Housing staff member contributes to the achievement of our mission, and it is essential that we recognize those contributions on a regular basis. Morale boosting activities will focus on open communication, strengthening trust and a sense of belonging, recognition for a job well done, professionalism in the workplace, building camaraderie, and incorporating more fun at work. Talk to your supervisor if you would like to get involved in staff morale activities.
