Continuing UCI Students

Continuing Students can secure summer housing by acquiring a 12-month lease in Campus Village or in one of the American Campus Communities (ACC) or by arranging to sublet a space in either Campus Village or one of the ACC communities. For Summer 2016, Student Housing will not be ofering Summer Session housing, due to growing space demand from summer conference groups and pre-fall student programs.

Summer Sublet Housing

Students in need of summer housing may look into sublet options in Campus Village and ACC apartment communities (Vista del Campo, VDC Norte, Camino del Sol, and Puerta del Sol). Students interested in subletting a space often post on the Anteater Housing Network as well as on Facebook. Graduate students who are looking for summer housing should also check the Anteater Housing Network for sublet notices, or ask about sublets at community housing offices.

Questions? Email: housing@uci.edu or call (949) 824-6811.

Campus Village Summer Sublets

With the approval of the Campus Village housing office and all apartmentmates, CV residents may sublet their space to another person (affiliated with UCI) during the summer. Interested residents will need to carefully read all the Campus Village Summer Sublet information, complete an online quiz, and submit the appropriate forms (linked in the informational pdf). For more information, contact Campus Village at (949) 824-7491 or campusvillagedesk@housing.uci.edu.

Freshmen and Transfer Students

Freshmen and Transfer students participating in a Summer Start Program sign up for housing in Arroyo Vista when they register for the program.
