Mandatory Online GFH Intention Assessment

Between February 13 and March 12, 2025 ALL Graduate and Family Housing agreement holders MUST submit their 2025-26 housing plans in the online assessment. Current housing agreements end on June 30, 2025.

  • Link to the online assessment will be sent to your UCI email on February 13, 2025.
  • Submission deadline: March 12, 2025.
  • If your agreement is renewed, you will receive a separate DocuSign email to complete the process.

Follow-up Confirmation and Notification

Check your UCI email for notification from the assignments service center or your assignments coordinator. It will:

  • Advise you of the status of your submitted request if not guarenteed renewal.
  • Inform you of follow-up actions you must take and the associated deadlines.
  • Identify your assigned days (see below) to complete required paperwork.

Complete Paperwork

  • Housing Agreement Renewal for Graduate Guarantee Students, Veterans and other Guarantee Students who are within their Length of Guarantee: March 6 – March 21, 2025
  • Notification Regarding Approved Extensions beginning: March 25, 2025
  • Summer Extension Agreements: March 27 – April 1, 2025
  • Housing Agreement Renewal for Waitlist Placements (or those past their guarantee but not past their MTTD): April 3 – April 15, 2025
  • Required documents will be emailed to residents. Return documents to the assignments service center or your assignments coordinator using DocuSign, by printing, signing, and returning in person, or by scanning and emailing them.
  • Complete required paperwork (e.g., housing agreement, extension, closeout form, vacate notice) by the deadline indicated in your email.
  • Spouses/Domestic Partners and any other person who is 18 years of age or older must sign the required documents.
  • Housing Bills Post to ZOT Account for July: May 15, 2025
  • 2024-25 Housing Agreement End: June 30, 2025. Extension requests may be made from July 15th through August 24, 2025.
