Campus Village

Campus Village is one of three Graduate and Family Housing communities. Campus Village houses single graduate, medical, and law students only. Residents hold annual agreements (ending June 30) that may be renewed pending eligibility requirements.

Eligibility

Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 units to be eligible to live in graduate housing.

Community Center

The Community Center is filled with recreational and public facilities that cater to the variety of needs and interests of the Campus Village residents.  In addition, the Community Center front desk offers the following services:

  • Temporary lock out keys
  • Vacuum check-outs
  • Sports equipment check-outs
  • Convenience store items such as snacks, stamps, bluebooks, office supplies, etc.
Atlantis Lounge

The Atlantis Lounge is a multipurpose lounge that can be used for study spaces as well as to hold community-wide programs and special events. The Atlantis Lounge has a large screen TV with DIRECTV® access, a whiteboard, and projector with built-in hookups for laptops. The Atlantis Lounge is often used for group studying.

Artica Lounge
(Campus Village Community Center, first floor) – whether you want to host a board game night or challenge friends to a game of pool, ping pong, or air table hockey, this game room is a fun place to hang out.
Mini Theater Room

Located in the Campus Village Community Center, the mini Theater includes one large, flat screen for movies, reclining leather seats.

Computer Lab

Located in the Campus Village Community Center (first floor), the computer lab offers residents free use of computers with Microsoft Office and internet access. The lab also has a scanner and image editing software. Prints and copies are available for a small fee.

Fitness Room
Located in the Community Center (first floor) the Fitness Room is a unique facility that offers an exclusive experience to GFH residents. The facility is equipped with cardio and strength equipment. Residents have access to the space during the community center hours of operation. All participants must complete a waiver prior to using the facility. To obtain a waiver, stop by the Community Center front desk.
Wellness Room

GFH values resident wellness. Wellness rooms are available to residents during community center’s hours of operation. Wellness rooms accommodate a variety of individual and group functions focused on holistic wellness. Amenities include: chairs, smart board, kitchen (sink, stove, and refrigerator).  

Study Lounges

Campus Village has two 24-hour study lounges located in our community that contain individual study desks, whiteboards, and bathrooms (across bldg 1041, bldg 1011).

Laundry Facilities

There are two laundry facilities in the community. Laundry machines all operate off of debit, credit, or prepaid debit cards.
