Eligibility
Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 units to be eligible to live in graduate housing.
Graduate, medical and law students, and undergraduates over 25 years of age who are single or have a domestic partner only.

Amenities & Facilities
Community Center
The Community Center offers multi-use spaces available for both reservation and drop-in use. The front desk offers the following services:
- Temporary lock out keys
- Lending library with sport and gym equipment, board games, video games, vacuums, and more
- ZotMart with snacks and drinks for sale. Only ZotBucks accepted
- Wepa printer
Atlantis Lounge
The Atlantis Lounge, located on the second floor of the community center, is a reservable space. When not reserved, residents can drop in for group studying and playing piano. The space includes a TV, a whiteboard, and projector with built-in hookups for laptops.
Artica Lounge
The Artica Lounge, located on the first floor of the community center, is home to two billiards tables, a ping pong table, air hockey, foosball and a microwave. Wepa printer available.
Theater Room
The Theater Room, located on the first floor of the community center, is a reservable space. Amenities include a projector and screen and reclining leather seats.
Fitness Room
The Fitness Room, located on the first floor of the community center, is equipped with cardio and strength training equipment. Residents have access to the space during the community center hours of operation. Participants must complete a digital waiver (available at the Community Center front desk) prior to using the facility.
Study Lounges
Campus Village has two 24-hour study lounges with study desks, whiteboards, and bathrooms (across bldg. 1041, bldg. 1011). Residents can access the space using their key.
Community Barbecues and Picnic Tables
Located throughout the community and outside the Community Center, gas BBQs and picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you use these amenities, please clean up after yourself and dispose of all trash in the nearest dumpster.
Laundry Facilities
There are two laundry facilities in the community, and the use of laundry machines is included in your housing payment. Apartment keys provide access to laundry rooms in Campus Village.
