Undergraduate spaces in Middle Earth, Mesa Court, and Arroyo Vista, and Las Lomas are furnished. Graduate spaces in Palo Verde, Verano Place, and Campus Village are unfurnished. All floor plans are approximate square footage, layouts and sizing may vary.

Meal Plan Details
- You will be charged for the meal plan selected on the online Residence Hall Personal Information Form. Please contact the Student Housing Accounts Counselor at shac@uci.edu if you would like to verify your meal plan selection before making a housing payment.
- “135 Meals” (with $75 FlexDine Dollars per quarter) can be used at The Anteatery (Mesa Court), or Brandywine (Middle Earth). Meal deductions begin on Monday, September 25, 2024. This plan equates to roughly 12 meals per week (including the 10 Guest swipes). Unused meals do not carry over to the next quarter (except for guest swipes).
- “5 Weekday Meal Plan” (with $75 FlexDine Dollars per quarter) is ONLY valid MONDAY–FRIDAY and allows unlimited entries at The Anteatery (Mesa Court), or Brandywine (Middle Earth). FlexDine Dollars can be used any day of the week.
- “7 Day Meal Plan” (with $50 FlexDine Dollars per quarter) is valid 7 days a week and allows unlimited entries at The Anteatery (Mesa Court), or Brandywine (Middle Earth).
- FlexDine Dollars can be used at all residential dining commons as well as selected on-campus retail venues. They are loaded onto meal cards at the beginning of each quarter, and each time a purchase is made that amount is subtracted from your balance. Unused FlexDine Dollars transfer from quarter to quarter, expiring at the end of academic year. FlexDine Dollars are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to the new academic year). - Meal plan includes 10 guest meal passes that transfer from quarter to quarter, expiring at the end of spring quarter. They are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to the new academic year.
- Students may ‘upgrade’ their meal plan (change from a lower-cost to a higher-cost plan) during the week of October 4-14, 2024, and upgrades will become effective no later than October 15, 2024. (Please Note: Changing from a 135 Meal or 5-Weekday meal plan to the 7-Day meal plan will reduce your quarterly FlexDine Dollars allowance from $75 to $50.)
- There is a second opportunity to change meal plans (to a larger or smaller plan) during the Meal Plan Change window toward the end of fall quarter (November 18, 2024 to December 13, 2024.) Meal plan changes will become effective January 5, 2025 and remain in place through spring quarter.
- The classic single room portion of this rate is $15,384. Meal plan portions of this rate are $6,231 for the 135 Block Meals option, $6,660 for the 5-Day option, and $6,795 for the 7-Day option. The room portion covers all costs associated with occupancy in an assigned residence hall including access to community facilities, residence life programming that supports the First Year Experience, 24-hour community staffing, custodial services, and facility maintenance.
- The classic double room portion of this rate is $12,636. Meal plan portions of this rate are $6,231 for the 135 Block Meals option, $6,660 for the 5-Day option, and $6,795 for the 7-Day option. The room portion covers all costs associated with occupancy in an assigned residence hall including access to community facilities, residence life programming that supports the First Year Experience, 24-hour community staffing, custodial services, and facility maintenance.
